  • 1. How to request a quote?

    Choose your product of interest and click on "Details". The product details will open. After choosing the "Grade" and the "Origin" click on "Request a quote now". Fill in the 6 requested fields and request a quote. You will receive a notification via e-mail and you will hear from us within 2 working days.

  • 2. How to get in touch with us?

    You can use the contact form to send us your questions. Please do leave us your name, company name, e-mail and phone number and describe shortly how we can help you. You can also send us an e-mail to: [email protected]

    If you want to meet us in person, let us know where you are based and we will connect you with the correct person.

  • 3. How to search for products?

    There are two ways to find your desired product: After signing into your personal profile, you can  navigate directly to "products", access the product overview and  look for your desired product alphabetically. Or, you can use our quick search bar (situated on the top of the webpage) entering the product name.

  • 4. What if you can't find your favorite product on the DSP?

    We don't have every product on the digital platform. If you can't find the product you are looking for, send us an e-mail to [email protected]

    In your enquiry, please mention the application and the origin you are looking for. 

  • 5. What if I am a supplier?

    At the moment, our digital platform is limited to companies sourcing ingredients from us. Nevertheless we are always looking for new and reliable suppliers. Send us an e-mail to [email protected] providing us with information about your company and the products you are offering. Our trade team will then get in touch with you.

  • 6. How to add a product to your favorite?

    Go to the product page of your product where you can find all the related information about it. Next to the product picture you find a blue button "Add to favorite".

    Now you can quickly access this product in the future and stay up to date on the latest news and insights.

  • 7. How to change your profile details?

    Click on your name on the top and right of your account. A dropdown menue will open. Under "Profile", you can change your contact details and your sourcing interests. Under "Settings", you can change your password.

  • 8. How to register?

    Visit the landing page of IPS-Ingredis and click on the green button (located in the middle of the page) "Get started".

    The registration form will open where you can enter your name, job title, business e-mail address, company name, company website, country, city an phone.

    Please also let us know what finished products you sell and what products you are looking for. Like this we will be able to provide you with the most suitable offer.

    Our Headquarter is in Switzerland and we have regional offices in 17 other countries around the globe. Wherever you are, we are accessible by phone, email, live/video chat or to meet for a cup of tea. Contact us for a meeting today.

  • 10. How to track your shipment?

    You can find the tracking tool on your personal dashboard. By using your vessel ID code, you can track the vessel coordinates any time you want and get instant updates on the status of the shipment like: last port of call, speed, location, weather conditions and more.

  • 11. How to schedule a meeting at an event?

    Under the "Event" section you will find the upcoming exhibitions and events where we will take part. 

    Choose the Event you are interested in by clicking on "More". In the Event overview you will find a green button ("Schedule a meeting"), where you can enter your contact details and the preferred date and time for a meeting with us.

  • 12. Where can I find my designated sales contact?

    After you have signed in, you can find the contact details of the sales contact dedicated to you within Notification Center (bell icon) located at the top left corner of your screen. To enter Notification Center, please click on the 'bell icon'. This will open the Notification Center overaly. Within the expanded overlay, please click on the contact card to see your designated sales contact details.

  • 13. How to access the latest promotions?

    The latest promotions can be found under the "Market" section. When you click on "More" you will find more information about the promotion and you can request a quote.

  • 14. How to access the latest market insights?

    The market insights can be found under the "Market" section. Market insights can only be accessed by registered users.
