We’re excited to introduce a new concept for our stand where our R&D team will be serving the latest developments and formulations that they’ve been working on for soft beverages. You can expect to see a lot of unfamiliar tastes and flavors as we turn to emerging and healthy ingredients that will drive the future of beverage and drinks in the coming years.

We’ve also partnered with our suppliers to bring you an unconventional food lab experience, using nothing but specialty and alternative ingredients. Looking for meat substitutes, or alternative protein and sugar sources? Then you don’t want to miss this! And for those who are feeling a little adventurous, well we have something really special for you to try – so come on down to our booth and we’ll give you a taste of the future.

 

Dinner and drinks on Bourbon Street

It doesn’t end there! Take a break from the hustle of IFT and come join us for an eventful night out in New Orleans. Hosted in an old absinthe house, we’ll be providing great food and drinks with a chance to meet others doing great things in our industry, all while overlooking Bourbon Street from the second-floor wrap-around balcony.
